Refund Procedure:

We adhere to the no refund rule. Only if it is cancelled due to unforeseeable events a refund will be given. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method in 5-7 working days.

Refunds and Cancellations by the Company

Please be aware that occasionally we may have to refuse or cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, at our sole discretion, without being held responsible for any financial costs or interest on the amount. Inaccuracies or errors in services or price information, technical or technological issues, or issues related to credit/debit fraud are the only circumstances that could cause your transaction to be cancelled. Before approving any order, we can additionally need more proof or information. If your order is cancelled in whole or part, or if more information is needed to accept it, we will contact you. Your credit card or debit card will be credited with the appropriate amount if the Company cancels your order after it has been charged. We retain the right to terminate a customer's subscription for violating our terms and conditions without issuing a refund. If a third party is a reason for a delay or interruption in service, we are not liable for issuing reimbursements.

Your cancellation

Administrative charges and installation costs cannot be refunded. Any taxes imposed by regulatory organizations won't be reimbursed if fees are paid back.

You accept and agree that, unless otherwise specified, you have no right to cancel any orders you place on our website. If you subscribe to any services, you can cancel that subscription one month before the services are provided. In that instance, you will receive a 50% of the total price, refund of your money, less any relevant bank fees. At least two to three days before the scheduled services, the company will not accept any cancellation requests.

Reservation Rights

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of Zenithbyte Innovations, suspend or terminate your account, and do so without incurring any responsibility to you. In its sole discretion, Zenithbyte Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice to you other than by posting the updated Terms on the Site.
